Mgr. Bc. Petr Dostál
Attorney – partner
Petr Dostál in an attorney registered with the Czech Bar Association. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc. Since 2015 he has worked as a trainee lawyer and since 2019, he has been working as an independent lawyer. Mgr. Dostál has experience mainly in representation before courts, both in civil and criminal proceedings (defense and representation of suspects).
He also works closely with real estate agencies and is involved in the preparation of contractual documentation on the transfer of real estate. Throughout his practice, he specializes in providing legal advice in the field of consumer law, and he regularly appear on television discussions on this topic.
Mgr. Michael Škurka, LL.M., MSc.
Attorney – partner
Michael Škurka provides legal services as an advocate in both Czech and English. During his professional career, he first worked for 5 years as a corporate lawyer focusing on civil and commercial law. During this practice he was also involved in drafting of international contracts, both in English and bilingual. However, he also has experience in administrative proceedings, especially in the field of misdemeanor law and representing both defendants and victims in criminal proceedings. In his practice he mostly focuses on civil and commercial law in relation to small and medium-sized companies, especially in the area of contractual law.
In addition, he has been engaged in academic activities as an assistant professor at Palacký University in Olomouc for a prolonged period of time. For several years he has been conducting seminars and lectures in the field of law for both Czech and foreign English-speaking students of Palacký University. In 2017 he started to work as a member of the permanent examination committee for the state Rigorous exams. During his academic tenure at Palacký University, he has been directly involved in the development of a brand-new Master´s degree follow-up study program in law. Within this study program he also regularly lectures on law and conducts professional seminars.
Since 2020, he has also been an appointed member of the permanent examination board for the state final examinations at Palacký University. In the area of further postgraduate professional education, Michael Škurka graduated in 2021 with an LL.M. in Business Law in International Context with a focus on GDPR, trademarks and intellectual property law.
Mgr. Jaroslav Křepelka
Junior attorney
Jaroslav Křepelka is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc and since 2022, he has also been a trainee lawyer. During his studies, he also practiced law. He worked as a legal assistant in several law firms, completed a professional internship at a district court and participated in several competitions in simulated court proceedings. In 2019, he was elected a senator of the Academic Senate of the Faculty of Law of Palacký University, of which he was Vice-Chairman for the entire term of office.
His favorite areas of law include contractual law, tort law and general civil law. He is also professionally involved in the issue of free access to information and professionally publishes on this topic.
Mgr. Jan Šafář
Junior attorney
Young ambitious graduate of the Faculty of Law of Palacký University. Despite his relatively short career, Mgr. Šafář boasts a wealth of practical experience.
He is particularly fond of private law, in which he achieves an exceptionally deep knowledge, especially in the field of contract law. However, he enjoys dealing with interesting problems in the field of criminal law.
Since his first year at university, he pursued an excellent professional record, which soon paid off and bore fruit in the form of second place in a school competition in Roman Law, which can be seen as an inspirational source of the current Civil Code. Furthermore, he represented Palacký University excellently in the national round of a competition focused on consumer and contractual law, to which he advanced from the intense competition in the faculty round. Here he was able to gain valuable experience from the most competent in the field, from a constitutional judge to a member of the legislative council of the government. He has also had the opportunity to look “under the hands” of a district court judge during his internship in the civil-law division of said court, where he was also able to gain valuable experience that he will surely use in defending client´s rights before the courts. In addition, he has already had several years of experience in a law firm, where he participated in the preparation of complex legal analyses and case law research.
Jan Šafář is a young, promising lawyer who stands out for his creativity, his ability to solve complex legal problems, especially in the field of civil and criminal law, and his dynamic and flexible approach to the work of an attorney.
Elena Klevetová
Legal expert
Elena Klevetová is a promising final year student of the Faculty of Law at Palacký University in Olomouc. She started her stage of live connected to law while studying high school, when she graduated with excellent results in the legal field. During her studies she gained a very wide range of experience.
Among other things, she worked as a legal intern at the Regional Court in Brno, where she had the opportunity to become more familiar with the issues of family, contractual and enforcement law under the guidance of a presiding judge.
She also worked as a trainee at the District State Prosecutor´s Office in Vyškov. She does not deny her athletic spirit, every case pursues as a challenge and an opportunity for her to help and fight for the interests of her clients with maximum effort, making her a very gifted and talented member of our team.
Andrea Havranová

Andrea Havranová is a 5th year student of the Faculty of Law at Palacký University.
She has wanted to practice advocacy since her first year on university, which has not changed during her studies, and she would like to continue in this direction after graduation. However, during her studies, outside of working in a law office, she also tried working under an expert witness in the field of health care, branch of psychiatry or at a bailiff´s office, which provided her with a closer look at the law as a whole, helped her to understand it better as well as strengthened her conviction to pursue her dream field of law.
These experiences made her realize the responsibility that the legal sector entails and the respect with which it must be treated. She therefore acts conscientiously in her work. During her studies, she has developed a particular liking for the private law sector, especially the law of obligations and family law. In the public sector, she enjoys criminal law, which she would like to pursue in the future.
David Doležal

David Doležal is a 5th year student at the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc.
During his studies at the Gymnasium Olomouc – Hejčín he participated in the International High School Moot Court, where he, as a high school student, could try out the role of an attorney representing a client in a simulated court hearing. This experience inspired him to attend law school. During his undergraduate studies, he worked in three law firms as a legal intern and also worked in the field of accounting and taxation in an accounting firm.
His favorite areas of practice are employment, contractual, misdemeanor, criminal and tax law. He is an athlete, and in his spare time he works as a football referee, where he can apply his sense for justice. For this reason, he also enjoys dealing with sports law, in particular the employment status of professional footballers, which is also the subject on which he is writing his master´s thesis. He has a keen eye for detail and finding solutions to complex legal problems.
Natálie Maierová

Natálie is a focused first-year student at the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc.
She discovered her mission to become a lawyer in a primary school and has been working hard ever since to pursuit it. While studying in high school, she started her first practice in a law firm, where she became convinced that her path was the right one.
She is currently trying to gain experience in all areas of law, but in the future she would like to pursue a career in international criminal and commercial law.
Viktor Mrázek

Viktor Mrázek is a motivated student of the third year of the Law Faculty of the Palacký University in Olomouc.
Already at the multi-year grammar school in Šumperk, where he graduated with four honors, he studied legal subjects. In the second year of PF, he decided to enrich his theoretical knowledge and apply it in practice. That is why he started working as an assistant in our law firm. At the same time, he is an active member of the student legal advisory board, where he deals with administrative law cases with his colleague.
Although he can be passionate about almost any branch of law, Viktor’s attention is most drawn to criminal and liability law.
He spends his free time actively. He studies in the field of self-development, likes to read and play sports. In the past, he was a member of the national representative team in dance sports.
